This Digital Product Single License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the purchaser ("Buyer") and the owner/licensor ("Licensor") of the digital product ("Product"). By purchasing and/or downloading the Product, Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants to Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use, modify, adapt, and create derivative works of the Product for any commercial purpose for a single client ("Client") and the End Product must be distributed for Free. Buyer must purchase the Product again for each additional client. If you or your client want to Sell the End Product, you must contact [email protected] for an Extended License.

2. Restrictions

Buyer agrees not to:

1. Resell, sublicense, or transfer the Product or any rights granted under this Agreement to any third party, including but not limited to stock websites, website builders, or any other platform or service. You can’t do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, even if you modify the Item. You can’t re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications. These things are not allowed even if the re-distribution is for Free.
2. Use the Product in a mobile/desktop application or any other software or service where users can create sellable goods using the Product;
3. Use the Product for any purpose that is illegal or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is," and Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Product, regardless of whether Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By purchasing and/or downloading the Product, Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
